“Kaseya is one that we’re integrating with deeper,” says Daniel Goldstein, director of marketing at GMS. As part of that work, GMS works with a range of technology companies. The company provides support services to MSPs, while the MSPs retain their own brands with end-customers. GMS typically works behind the scenes in a non-disruptive way. The deal surfaced at this week’s Kaseya Connect 2017 conference in Las Vegas. The outsourced help desk provider is partnering with Kaseya to link Kaseya’s network operations center (NOC) with GMS’s help desk support. This mindset seems to be the driving force behind GMS Live Expert. The more you can go with the flow, the more likely you are to find yourself in friendly waters. Being adaptable is often an indicator of success.
